Magnus Fridjonsson has over 30 years of experience in the Aviation sector. Magnus was one of the first employees to join Air Atlanta as the companies first CFO also acting as the head of Sales & Marketing before founding IAM Aviation in 1999.

Gudni Hreinsson has over 25 years of experience in the Aviation sector. Gudni was a Sales & Marketing Manager at Icelandair before joining its sister company, Loftleidir Icelandic in 2003. Gudni was the CEO of Loftleidir Icelandic for 12 years before joining IAM Aviation as one of its Managing Partners.

Rui Santos has over 20 years experience in the aviation sector in several operational and management roles in Portuguese charter airlines. Rui has headed the commercial department and business development and was part of the executive board in White Airways and then in Euroatlantic Airways for 16 years before joining IAM Aviation as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
